I do this by providing an environment that is welcoming and non-judgmental along with strategies that can help my clients manage stress, negative thoughts, and overwhelming feelings. I have experience working in an outpatient setting with various types of clients as well as working with parents of special needs children. I do specialize with individuals going through a life transition, such as starting a career, going through a divorce, or becoming a new parent.
